Services and costs:
Single family dwelling inspections start at $425.
Townhouse inspections start at $375
The fees are based on the size and age of the building.
If the inspection site is more than 40 miles from our office, there is a travel surcharge.
Duplexes, multi-family dwellings, and commercial inspections are quoted separately, based on size, age, and expected time required to inspect and generate reports.
Radon testing in conjunction with inspection : $150.
We also do limited inspections of specific areas or systems. The fee for limited inspections is $150/hour for time at the site and $75/hour for report preparation. If a follow-up reinspection is desired after repairs have been made, the fee is $175.00 if the reinspection takes one hour or less.
We also do construction defect inspections related to litigation and offer expert witness services. Cost is based on the scope of the defects and time required to investigate and document the defects. A retainer is required for the investigation and expert witness services.
